At the BREKO Fiberdays 2025 lecture, Di4 invites you to a lunch workshop at Westend Sky in Frankfurt a.M. on the topic “State guarantees for fiber optic expansion: An April Fool’s joke?”.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The pressure regarding the (re-)financing of fiber optic expansion in Germany is increasing. Can state aid or state guarantees be a solution to ensure the financing of the German fiber optic expansion? <\/p>\n

Alix Partners and Goerg, as restructuring experts, will first introduce the topic from an economic and legal perspective and then discuss possible solutions with industry representatives.
\nEconomic and legal consequences of financing issues are discussed and potential outcomes, scenarios and solutions are presented.<\/p>\n
