For more than two years, Deutsche Telekom and its affiliated company Glasfaser Plus have been undermining the fiber optic expansion and investment dynamics of competitors by deliberately reacting to expansion decisions and announcing the construction of fiber optic networks in (partial) areas where no plans previously existed.The goal: The expansion projects of competitors are to be blocked by a strategic double expansion or its announcement, pushing these companies out of the market and preventing further investments. <\/span><\/p>\n

BREKO has long called on BNetzA and the Federal Government to take concrete measures against the strategically destructive behavior of Deutsche Telekom and Glasfaser Plus in order to re-establish fair competitive conditions and restore planning security for expanding companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>What specific solution does BREKO propose? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
