DIVERSITY<\/strong>: Everyone is welcome at nextgen<\/strong>, regardless of background and experience! However, what makes nextgen special is that we value young people of all genders and want to actively address groups that are underrepresented in the industry. Come along and get to know us! <\/p>\nWEITBLICK<\/strong>: nextgen<\/strong> promotes an open exchange on the future shape of the telecommunications industry. We want to draw attention to new ways of working and include innovative technologies in the discourse. <\/p>\nNETWORK SPIRIT<\/strong>: nextgen<\/strong> promotes synergies: Through networking and cooperation, we create new ideas for tomorrow. We love creative collaboration and are curious about innovative input.
