He has major tasks ahead of him in shaping the expansion of fibre optics and the energy transition. BREKO Managing Director Dr. Stephan Albers comments on the planned change of leadership at the Federal Network Agency:  <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The next head of the Federal Network Agency will face major tasks in shaping the expansion of fiber optics and the energy transition. We are counting on President-designate Klaus M\u00fcller to champion competition as the driving force behind the expansion of fiber optics. For the decisive phase of fiber optic expansion, we need above all investment- and competition-friendly regulation, as laid out in the new Telecommunications Act.
