- Contract with Stefan Hermes as Managing Director of KomMITT extended early for a further five years until December 31, 2029.
- Konrad Pesch resigns from his position as Managing Director with effect from 06.01.2025 at his own request
- Stefan Hermes will act as the sole managing director of KomMITT in the future.
