Data protection can only be implemented in the company as well and effectively as the employees are informed on the topic. Employees must therefore be trained accordingly in the area of data protection and sensitized to the topic.

Our online data protection training (Webex conference) teaches participants the basics of data protection and provides practical recommendations for handling personal data. The aim of the online training is to make the topic of data protection tangible and understandable for employees in their day-to-day work. This promotes understanding and acceptance of various measures to avoid data breaches or contain security risks.

The online training will be conducted by our internal data protection officer Henrik Harings (Head of Regulatory Affairs & Legal). As a TÜV-certified data protection officer, Mr. Harings has the necessary expertise to perform this responsible task.

The online training course covers the following topics, among others:

• Importance of data protection
• Purpose of the GDPR – protection objective of the law
• Scope of application of the GDPR
• Personal data – what is meant by this?
• Lawfulness of the processing of personal data
• What does data protection mean for my daily work?
• Requirements for the person responsible
• Data protection – how can you guarantee it?
• The data subject – what rights do they have?
• Possible consequences of unauthorized data use

After successfully completing the online training, your employees will receive a certificate proving the success of the training. In addition, you can use the certificate to meet your accountability obligations (Art. 5 para. 2 GDPR) – for example towards the supervisory authorities.

Costs

• The price per employee is: 249.00 euros (net).
• The price per person is EUR 195.00 (net) for a minimum of 5 employees per company.
• The price per person is EUR 165.00 (net) for a minimum of 10 employees per company.
• From a number of participants of 12 employees per company, the all-inclusive price is: 1,900.00 euros (net).
