We have 3 focal points:

DIVERSITY: Everyone is welcome at nextgen, regardless of background and experience! However, what makes nextgen special is that we value young people of all genders and want to actively address groups that are underrepresented in the industry. Come along and get to know us!

WEITBLICK: nextgen promotes an open exchange on the future shape of the telecommunications industry. We want to draw attention to new ways of working and include innovative technologies in the discourse.

NETWORK SPIRIT: nextgen promotes synergies: Through networking and cooperation, we create new ideas for tomorrow. We love creative collaboration and are curious about innovative input. Together we can grow.

This year, nextgen will once again be represented with several activities on the first day of fiberdays and there is a special occasion: last year we launched nextgen at fiberdays – so this year we are celebrating the first birthday of our network, which has grown incredibly fast in the last year!

    Network birthday: We meet to get to know each other, exchange ideas and celebrate! Important: Registration required!
  • 02 – 03.04.2025 | Stand I18:
    nextgen Lounge: Would you like to meet up with other nextgen members and chat in peace and quiet? On both days of the fair, you will have your own nextgen Lounge at stand I18 – right next to Green Plaza and International Carrier Exchange.
