As part of its clear positioning for Open Access, BREKO supports its member companies with an individual consulting service. This includes a workshop day on the opportunities and risks of your open access business model. The workshop comprehensively prepares the individually applicable business model for Open Access, including the determination of marketable wholesale prices on the basis of individual cost structures.

  • Presentation of contractual principles and necessary regulatory content for open access cooperations (in particular: aspects of service descriptions for FTTB/FTTH, service level agreements (SLA))

Part 2 – Commercial classification – 3h

  • Open Access from a strategic / commercial perspective (product design, marketing, competition)
